- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander1 cup
- Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Sweet olive oil to taste
- Water for cooking to taste
- Saute garlic, onion, extract, seasoning and coriander in oil.
- Add rice, corn and peas, salt and water to cook.
- Once cooked, serve hot.
