  • Gouda cheese1 unit(s)
  • Gruyere cheese1 unit(s)
  • salami400 g
  • Parma ham300 g
  • apricot300 g
  • Nuts300 g
  • Grapes300 g
  • Honey50 ml
  • Rosemary50 g
  1. Cut the cheese into rectangular shapes
  2. Preferably, buy the sliced salami and parma ham
  3. Clean and cut the grapes into small bunches of 3/5 units
  4. Assemble the board so that everything is evenly distributed, it's good to move things around
  5. Fold the ham sheets and make arrangements with the salamis using bamboo sticks
  6. Spread out all the cold cuts, finish by fitting the grapes, apricots, nuts and small sprigs of rosemary to garnish and a touch of honey
  7. The cold ones above are just a suggestion, you can use others preferably, the important thing is to assemble a beautiful board.
