- Nut milk1/2 cup
- Coffee1/2 cup
- Cane molasses1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon Powder1 coffee spoon
- Half fill the cup or mug with the nut milk.
- Complete with coffee (can be brewed or espresso).
- Warm for a few seconds in the microwave (especially if the milk was in the fridge).
- With the hot drink, add the molasses and cinnamon and mix.
- To get a thick and tasty foam, you can use an electric mixer like those with a battery.
- This is a vegan and healthy version of cappuccino: lactose-free, refined sugar-free, a source of iron (due to sugarcane molasses) and with the antioxidant action of cinnamon.
