  • Desalted and shredded Codfish500 g
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes250 g
  • Breadcrumbs3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Parsley3 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing the dumplings0 to taste
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl (except the olive oil) mix well so that it is a very homogeneous mass.
  2. With a tablespoon remove portions of dough and mold the dumplings in your hands.
  3. Preheat the airfreyr to 200 degrees - place the dumplings and sprinkle with olive oil and bake until golden.
