Em uma panela, aqueça a manteiga e leve os pedaços de queijo para o fogo, mexendo sempre e em fogo brando para que os mesmos não queimem. Eles precisam apenas formar uma crosta em volta deles para se destacar na farofa. 

In a pan, heat the butter and take the pieces of cheese to the fire, stirring constantly and on low heat so that they do not burn. They just need to form a crust around them to stand out in the crumbs.

Feito isso, desligue o fogo e adicione a farinha aos poucos e mexendo sempre até atingir o ponto de farofa. Acerte o sal e pimenta do reino se necessário e sirva em seguida.

Done that, turn off the fire and add the flour gradually and always stirring until it reaches the point of farofa. Season with salt and pepper if necessary and serve immediately.
