Cassava Flour2 cup
Chopped Bacon1/2 cup
Chopped pepperoni1/2 cup
Olive oil or oil5 tablespoon
Butter2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Green smell to taste
Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
Raisins1/2 cup
Chopped Onion1/2 cup
Garlic cloves3 unit(s)

Fry the bacon in its own fat and add the pepperoni, frying for a few minutes.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until well. Add olive oil, butter, salt, paprika and cassava flour. Stir well until it's very crispy, adjust with more flour if necessary.
Finish with chopped green smell and raisins. It's delicious!!
