- Pepper flakes1/2 tablespoon
- Crushed bay leaf1/2 tablespoon
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Dehydrated Parsley1/2 tablespoon
- Chopped red onion1 unit(s)
- Fresh chopped chives1 to taste
- Fresh parsley1 to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil100 ml
- Apple Cider Vinegar50 ml
- Green lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- In a bowl put all the dry seasonings and set aside.
- Take the onion, chives and parsley, the girl's finger pepper and leave it finely chopped.
- Combine all the ingredients and add the extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Taste and if necessary correct the salt or acidity.
