  • Dehydrated Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Dried Onion1 tablespoon
  • Pepper flakes1/2 tablespoon
  • Crushed bay leaf1/2 tablespoon
  • Oregano1 tablespoon
  • Dehydrated Parsley1/2 tablespoon
  • Chopped red onion1 unit(s)
  • Fresh chopped chives1 to taste
  • Fresh parsley1 to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil100 ml
  • Apple Cider Vinegar50 ml
  • Green lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl put all the dry seasonings and set aside.
  2. Take the onion, chives and parsley, the girl's finger pepper and leave it finely chopped.
  3. Combine all the ingredients and add the extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  4. Taste and if necessary correct the salt or acidity.
