- Oregano20 g

- Balsamic Vinegar70 ml
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil200 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Finely chop the parsley and place in a bowl.
- With a knife, chop the garlic very small and add it to the parsley, with the oregano, pepper and salt.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and then gradually add the oil. Shake well.
- Leaving it in the fridge for 24 hours the flavor is divine.
