  • Chickpeas100 g
  • Parsley to taste
  • Sweet olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
  • Chopped olives (optional)5 unit(s)
  1. Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.
  2. Put the chickpeas to cook in a pressure cooker for 10 min.
  3. Transfer the beans with a little of the cooking water to the blender and blend.
  4. Add the garlic, salt, parsley and oil, and mix until it becomes a paste.
  5. Transfer to a pot.
  6. Add the olives, mix and refrigerate.
  7. Now just taste, serve with breads, or cookies.
