- Chickpeas100 g
- Parsley to taste
- Sweet olive oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Chopped olives (optional)5 unit(s)
- Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.
- Put the chickpeas to cook in a pressure cooker for 10 min.
- Transfer the beans with a little of the cooking water to the blender and blend.
- Add the garlic, salt, parsley and oil, and mix until it becomes a paste.
- Transfer to a pot.
- Add the olives, mix and refrigerate.
- Now just taste, serve with breads, or cookies.
