  • Coriander0 to taste
  • Salt1.1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder0 to taste
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  1. To start you need to leave the chickpeas soaking in water for at least 10 or 12 hours, the chickpeas have to be raw
  2. Then you put all the ingredients in a food processor, but leave the flour for later.
  3. Beat in the processor and stop to remove with the spoon what is stuck to the sides, you will beat on average for 7 minutes
  4. Now add the wheat flour and beat a little more.
  5. This is a dough you can't shape with your hands so use a spoon to shape it or an ice cream scoop
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden
