  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper3 unit(s)
  • Cooked chickpeas3 cup
  • Coconut milk (bottle)1 unit(s)
  • Water (measure in a coconut milk bottle)1 unit(s)
  • Spices* to taste
  1. *use 1 teaspoon of: smoked paprika, powdered ginger, powdered coriander and salt. Use 3 teaspoons of curry powder.
  2. Do the whole process on low heat. Cut the onion and pepper (without the seeds) into cubes. Cut the tomato, with the seeds, into medium cubes. Start by sautéing the onion, in a little oil, with the spices until golden. Then add the tomatoes, a pinch of salt, stir well and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add the pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chickpeas, plus a pinch of salt, coconut milk and water. Stir well and cook for 15 minutes with the pan open, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve with white rice and it's ready!!
