- Green Smell30 g
- Onion30 g
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Black Pepper, Salt, Olive Oil to taste
- First cut the chicken into strips and season with salt, black pepper and crushed garlic.
- In a pan, over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion cut into cubes and sauté. Add the chicken strips and let it brown.
- Add zucchini and let it cook. Check if it needs more salt and black pepper. When al dente. You can turn off the fire and add the green smell.
