- Olive oil50 ml
- First, put the chicken to cook, with only water.
- Then, in another pan, pour water, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Whisk the sauce until thick and then add the chicken. Lower the fire.
- Then put olive oil and stir until it bubbles a little, cover the pan with the chicken and low heat. Then take it to the fridge to toast the chicken a little, cut some tomato slices to embellish and the recipe is ready.
