- Oil for frying to taste
- Start by seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper, onion cream and paprika. Let rest 30 minutes.
- Then, on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and greased with oil, place the seasoned chicken in the oven at 200 º C.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes until golden. Remove your crispy chicken from the oven and you can serve
