- Chicken breast fillet1 kg
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Chopped medium ripe tomato1 unit(s)
- Chicken broth tablet1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes and season to taste. (I used saffron, paprika, black pepper, tomato sauce, vinegar, fine herbs and salt, put a little and leave it to get it right at the end)
- In a pan, put a thread of oil and butter to melt, then put the chopped onion and then the garlic, let it brown. Put the tomato and let all the liquid release.
- Place the seasoned chicken breast, half of the chicken broth tablet, seal, and add water to cover. Let it boil until the chicken is cooked.
- After the chicken is cooked, check the amount of broth if it is enough and add the wheat flour (I put a ladle of hot broth in the pot with the flour and dissolved, only then I put it in the pan), let it boil a little and finally add the cream cheese and sour cream. Adjust salt if needed and let it boil. Turn off the fire. Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
