- Boneless chicken breast1 kg
- Onion to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Sliced cheddar cheese4 unit(s)
- In a pan, sauté the chopped onion.
- Add the diced chicken and fry well.
- Then add the salt and seasonings of your choice (I used salt, chicken seasoning and a little coloral)
- Add the cream
- Lower the heat, add the cheddar cheese slices, cover the pan and let the cheese melt for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir to make sure the cheese has completely melted and it's done!
