- Clean and cut the chicken.
- Season the chicken with garlic, onion, cumin, food coloring, saOn and knor and salt and bring to a boil.
- Add the tomato, carrot and potato and water to cook
- When it is almost cooked believe the green smell and let it boil for a few more minutes.
