- Pass the egg, salt and milk in the blender, add the flour and pass more.
- In a non-stick frying pan, put a little olive oil (a little), when it's hot add the dough, let it bake, turn and bake on the other side too.
- Note: place the dough with a ladle, as it standardizes the size.
- Be careful not to put too much oil in the skillet, it has to be just a little so it doesn't stick.
- Make the stuffing of your choice, I shredded chicken and mixed it with cottage cheese and olives.
- I put a white sauce on top and put a lot of grated mozzarella and put it in the oven to brown.
