- Sliced Ginger1 cup
- Olive oil50 ml
- Sugar1 dessert spoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Smoked paprika2 tablespoon
- Pepper to taste
- Squeeze the orange juice, dissolve the sugar, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, ginger and olive oil and dip the already cleaned drumsticks and marinate for 12 hours.
- Place in a pan with aluminum foil and leave for at least 35 minutes and then remove the foil to brown and that's it! Just use your side dishes. Use your creativity! Bon appetit!
