  • Clean chicken gizzards450 g
  • Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Cassava flour150 g
  • Sliced white onion1 unit(s)
  • Sliced red pepper2 tablespoon
  • Chopped cilantro and chives to taste
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepperoni Pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Biquinho pepper for garnish to taste
  • Colorau to taste
  1. After cleaning, I soaked the gizzards in hot water and vinegar for 20 minutes. I drained all the water, washed the gizzards and put it in the pressure cooker with a little salt, paprika and water, cooked for 10 minutes.
  2. I removed the pressure, drained the broth and reserved it, in another pan I sautéed the seasonings, added the gizzards and fried on low heat so it wouldn't burn, added the flour, mixed well, finished with cilantro and parsley, decorated with pout pepper.
