- Chicken fillet2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Onion to taste
- In a bowl season the chicken fillets with salt, lemon pepper, vinegar to taste. let it marinate
- In a frying pan add the olive oil and the fillets. Turn on medium heat and fry until golden
- While the fillet is frying, cut the onion into strips.
- After cooking one side of the chicken, turn it over to fry the other side. At this point add the onions on top of the fillets to cook with the heat of the pan (about 5 minutes) and it's ready. Great option as a side dish or even a light snack for the night
