  • Mozzarella300 g
  • Tomato sauce to taste

  • Oregano to taste
  1. Season the chicken fillets with your favorite seasonings.
  2. Beat the egg with the help of a fork or fue, pass the fillets in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs
  3. Fry in hot oil.
  4. In a frying pan, splash some water on the bottom, place the already fried fillets, put the tomato sauce on top of the fillets, a slice of mozzarella on each of the fillets and finish with oregano to taste
  5. Cover the skillet and place over low heat until the mozzarella melts.
