- Tomato sauce to taste

- Oregano to taste
- Season the chicken fillets with your favorite seasonings.
- Beat the egg with the help of a fork or fue, pass the fillets in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs
- Fry in hot oil.
- In a frying pan, splash some water on the bottom, place the already fried fillets, put the tomato sauce on top of the fillets, a slice of mozzarella on each of the fillets and finish with oregano to taste
- Cover the skillet and place over low heat until the mozzarella melts.
