- Cooked and shredded chicken300 g
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Black Olives1 to taste
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Cassava flour / seasoned ready-made farofa2 cup
- Corn1/2 can(s)
- In a pan with a little oil, sauté the onion and garlic. Then add the shredded chicken, tomato, carrot, corn and mix everything with seasoning to taste. Add the rest of the ingredients and turn off the heat right away. Serve as a hot or cold side dish.
