  • Special cashew nut flour150 g
  • Chopped Almonds10 unit(s)
  • Sliced kale stalks7 unit(s)
  • Corn flour80 g
  • Seasonings: salt, sweet paprika, ginger to taste
  • Large onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Scrambled egg1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the stalks into small pieces and set aside. Chop the onion and garlic and fry until golden. You can use oil, olive oil or butter. Fry the scrambled egg and set aside.
  2. After the onion is golden, add the garlic, cabbage and chopped almonds. Let it fry 1 minute. Add the chestnut flour, a pinch of salt, ginger and sweet paprika. Add the corn flour. If you don't have corn flour, just hydrate the corn flake for 15 minutes and use it.
  3. Add the egg and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Ready to serve. Adjust salt if necessary.
