  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Sweet olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Green Smell1 cup
  • Sazon sachet2 unit(s)
  • Roasted Garlic1 dessert spoon
  1. Desalt the meat, cut into cubes, fry and set aside.
  2. Soak the sherem for 20 minutes.
  3. Sauté the onion, garlic, pepper and tomato in a pan with oil.
  4. Add the xerem, water and cook, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the margarine, the sazon and green smell.
  6. Once cooked, add the fried meat and you can serve.
