- Finely chopped onion1 dessert spoon
- Milk300 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese80 g
- Sauté the onion in butter, add the wheat flour and when it is golden, add the milk, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Lower the heat, season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Add cheese, mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
