  • Gouda cheese50 g
  • whiskey50 ml
  • Flour1 tablespoon
  • Milk200 ml
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • White pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Melt the cheeses together with the whiskey in a pan.
  2. Add the flour, mix well and add the milk.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, let it boil until it thickens, stirring constantly.
