- Gouda cheese50 g
- whiskey50 ml
- Flour1 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- White pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Melt the cheeses together with the whiskey in a pan.
- Add the flour, mix well and add the milk.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper, let it boil until it thickens, stirring constantly.
