- Sliced Polenghi Cheddar200 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Onion1/3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Dehydrated Parsley to taste
- Margarine1 dessert spoon
- Grind the garlic and cut the onion into cubes, add it to a pan with the margarine over low heat until golden. Add the cream and cheddar polenghi slices and mix. After the cream is smooth and uniform, turn off the heat and add the salt, pepper and parsley, mix and serve while still hot. If you don't want it as firm, add more cream or reduce the amount of cheddar.
