- Green Smell30 g
- Chimichurri, Salt and Olive Oil to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Peel the chayote, cut it into cubes. In a pan put a thread of olive oil, the onion cut into cubes and the crushed garlic. Let it gold.
- Add the pepperoni sausage and let it gold too. Add the chayote to the water and mix well. Put a pinch of salt and Chimichurri and let the chayote cook.
- It has to be al dente. If needed, you can add a little more water. When ready, put the green smell and mix well before serving.
