Pepperoni Sausage1 unit(s)
Green Smell30 g
Chimichurri, Salt and Olive Oil to taste
Water1/2 cup
Garlic2 unit(s)
Onion1/2 unit(s)

Peel the chayote, cut it into cubes. In a pan put a thread of olive oil, the onion cut into cubes and the crushed garlic. Let it gold.
Add the pepperoni sausage and let it gold too. Add the chayote to the water and mix well. Put a pinch of salt and Chimichurri and let the chayote cook.
It has to be al dente. If needed, you can add a little more water. When ready, put the green smell and mix well before serving.
