- Black pepper1 to taste

- Cut the chayote into squares (reserve)
- In a pan put oil, garlic and onion and sauté.
- Add the chayote and salt, black pepper, saffron and oregano; mix and cover the pan (low heat)
- When it is soft, add the eggs and cover again until the eggs fry. Enjoy your food!
