  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Saffron1 to taste
  • Oregano1 to taste
  1. Cut the chayote into squares (reserve)
  2. In a pan put oil, garlic and onion and sauté.
  3. Add the chayote and salt, black pepper, saffron and oregano; mix and cover the pan (low heat)
  4. When it is soft, add the eggs and cover again until the eggs fry. Enjoy your food!
