  • Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Water300 ml
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
  • Milk300 ml
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg (grated)1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
  1. Wash and sanitize the cauliflower, cut into branches and place in a pan with water, salt and oil to cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the water from the cauliflower, place it in a refractory and set aside.
  3. For the white sauce, we will add the butter in a pan, after melting, put the mecca wheat flour for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the milk, stir well until it thickens, add the salt, black pepper and nutmeg and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the cream, mix well.
  6. On top of the cauliflower, place the mozzarella, the white sauce, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake at 200° for approximately 20 minutes.
