- medium cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Corn starch1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Milk300 ml
- shredded mozzarella cheese (or whatever you prefer)6 tablespoon
- Seasonings to taste
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Separate the bunches from the cabbage, wash well between the branches to remove any dirt. Place in a pan with water and salt and bring to a boil for 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain the water and place in a refractory.
- In a bowl, place the milk, cornstarch, salt, seasonings, cheese and cream. Mix well.
- In a pan melt a spoon of margarine, sauté the onion, add the cream and stir until it thickens.
- Distribute the cream over the cabbage, and finish with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until browned.
