  • medium cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Corn starch1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk300 ml
  • shredded mozzarella cheese (or whatever you prefer)6 tablespoon
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Separate the bunches from the cabbage, wash well between the branches to remove any dirt. Place in a pan with water and salt and bring to a boil for 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain the water and place in a refractory.
  2. In a bowl, place the milk, cornstarch, salt, seasonings, cheese and cream. Mix well.
  3. In a pan melt a spoon of margarine, sauté the onion, add the cream and stir until it thickens.
  4. Distribute the cream over the cabbage, and finish with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until browned.
