Medium Cauliflower

Butter with salt

Wheat flour

Milk

Salt and pepper

Nutmeg

White wine vinegar

Water

Grated Parmesan

Corte a couve flor em floretes e cozinhe em água fervente com 1 colher de sopa de vinagre branco e sal a gosto por dez minutos. Escorra e reserve. 
Em uma panela em fogo médio coloque a manteiga até  derreter, junte a farinha de trigo e mexa bem. Quando começar a fazer uma espuminha da fervura, acrescente o leite e misture usando um fouet até que engrosse.  Nessa hora abaixe o fogo e deixe cozinhar por 3 minutos sempre mexendo.
Apague o fogo, tempere com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada.
Coloque a couve-flor em uma refratário que possa ir ao forno e regue com o  molho branco. Distribua o parmesão ralado por toda couve flor e  leve  ao forno já preaquecido a 180graus  por mais ou menos 20 minutos. Até que fique dourado.

In a pan over medium heat, place the butter until it melts, add the wheat flour and stir well. When it starts to foam from the boil, add the milk and mix using a whisk until it thickens. At this time, lower the heat and let it cook for 3 minutes, always stirring.
Turn off the heat, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Place the cauliflower in a refractory that can go in the oven and drizzle with the white sauce. Distribute the grated Parmesan all over the cauliflower and take it to the oven already preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Until it turns golden.
