- Salt to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- cream3 tablespoon
- Parsley for garnish1 unit(s)
- Peel the cassava and wash. Bring it to the fire in a pan with enough water to cover it.
- Add salt and cook for 40 minutes, or until soft.
- Remove the cassava from the water, cut it into cubes and remove the fibers.
- Heat a large skillet and bring the butter to melt.
- Add the cassava. Stir with a spoon for 10 min, frying on all sides, until golden.
- Add the cream and stir for 2 min, until melted.
- Decorate with parsley and serve.
