  • Cassava350 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • cream3 tablespoon
  • Parsley for garnish1 unit(s)
  1. Peel the cassava and wash. Bring it to the fire in a pan with enough water to cover it.
  2. Add salt and cook for 40 minutes, or until soft.
  3. Remove the cassava from the water, cut it into cubes and remove the fibers.
  4. Heat a large skillet and bring the butter to melt.
  5. Add the cassava. Stir with a spoon for 10 min, frying on all sides, until golden.
  6. Add the cream and stir for 2 min, until melted.
  7. Decorate with parsley and serve.
