Cassava Puree with Gorgonzola

Em uma panela colocar a água e a mandioquinha e levar para o fogão para cozinhar.
Por 25 minutos.
Escorra a água e passe a mandioquinha no espremedor ou com ajuda do garfo amasse a mandioquinha.

Drain the water and pass the manioc through the juicer or with the help of the fork, mash the manioc.

Volte ao fogo a mandioquinha espremida e coloque os outros ingredientes. Misture bem todos os ingredientes. 
A gorgonzola tem que derreter no purê.
Retire do fogo e sirva em seguida. Pode salpicar um pouco de salsinha no purê também.

Return the squeezed cassava to the fire and add the other ingredients. Mix all ingredients well.
The gorgonzola has to melt into the puree.
Remove from heat and serve immediately. You can sprinkle some parsley in the puree as well.
