- Cherry tomato2 tablespoon
- Bacon200 g
- Chives to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- In a pan fry the bacon well, and add the cooked cassava
- Add the tomatoes cut in half, season with salt and black pepper and add a little water, not too much! It's not soup, it's a side dish
- Finish with chives and serve
