  • Cassava, chopped into cubes500 g
  • Meat for pot500 g
  • kinnor beef broth2 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil1 dessert spoon
  • Water1 l
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Put the oil in the pan and add the garlic and let it brown.
  2. Add the meat and let it brown a little.
  3. Add water and cassava and mix well.
  4. Add the kinnor broth a little green smell and let it cook until both are soft
  5. Once the cassava is cooked, remove a little and hit the blender
  6. Then add it next to the broth with the meat again and let it thicken a little more, to finish add green smell on top
