- Recipe
- Cassava, chopped into cubes500 g
- Meat for pot500 g
- kinnor beef broth2 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oil1 dessert spoon
- Water1 l
- Green Smell to taste
- Put the oil in the pan and add the garlic and let it brown.
- Add the meat and let it brown a little.
- Add water and cassava and mix well.
- Add the kinnor broth a little green smell and let it cook until both are soft
- Once the cassava is cooked, remove a little and hit the blender
- Then add it next to the broth with the meat again and let it thicken a little more, to finish add green smell on top
