Aimpim

Coloque o aimpim pra cozinhar com sal e manteiga.

Depois de cozido coloque pra bater no liquidificador com um pouco da água do cozimento

Em uma panela coloque um fio de óleo,uma colher de manteiga e coloque os temperos pra refolgar

Quando estiver refolgado coloque o aimpim batido, acerte o sal e deixe ferver.
