Cashew Juice

Em uma panela coloque as duas colheres de óleo,deixe esquentar um pouco.

In a pan put the two tablespoons of oil, let it heat up a little.

Em seguida acrescente uma colher de farinha de trigo e mexa bem fazendo uma farofa.

Then add a spoon of wheat flour and mix well making a farofa.

Vá acrescentando aos poucos o suco de caju e mexendo bem para não deixar grumos,adicione o sal.

Gradually add the cashew juice and mix well to avoid lumps, add the salt.

Desligue o fogo,acrescente o coentro e pronto.

Turn off the heat, add the cilantro and that's it.
