- Garlic200 g
- Olive Oil5 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper2 teaspoon
- Water350 ml
- Shrimp500 g
- Coriander50 g
- Onion100 g
- First cut the cilantro, garlic and okra into small pieces.
- Then, remove the shell from the shrimp and add it to the garlic, cilantro, onion (save 30 grams) and okra inside the blender. Hit the blender.
- Then put the olive oil in a pan and use the reserved 30 grams of onion.
- Then, in the pan, also put the salt to taste and the 2 teaspoons of pepper. Then put the paste made in the blender and the 350 ml of water in the pan. So, mix everything together, cook and stir over low heat for 30 minutes, always stirring a little in a circular motion. When the okra seed changes its color tone to pink, it's the right point to turn off the fire and your pigweed will be ready.
