- Palm oil to taste
- Coriander1 cup

- Cashew Nuts300 g
- Peanut500 g
- Water for cooking to taste
- Wash the shrimp, hit the blender and set aside. Beat the peanuts, chestnuts and set aside. Beat the onion, tomato, cilantro and set aside.
- Cut the okra into very small cubes and set aside.
- Add the tomato, pepper, coriander and cumin and add a little water.
- In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic in palm oil.
- Add the okra, the beaten shrimp, the chestnut, the whole shrimp, the beaten peanut and keep stirring.
- As needed, add water little by little until the okra is fully cooked.
- Once cooked, serve with rice.
