  • Dried shrimp500 g
  • Onion5 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove6 unit(s)
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Coriander1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Cashew Nuts300 g
  • Peanut500 g
  • Water for cooking to taste
  1. Wash the shrimp, hit the blender and set aside. Beat the peanuts, chestnuts and set aside. Beat the onion, tomato, cilantro and set aside.
  2. Cut the okra into very small cubes and set aside.
  3. Add the tomato, pepper, coriander and cumin and add a little water.
  4. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic in palm oil.
  5. Add the okra, the beaten shrimp, the chestnut, the whole shrimp, the beaten peanut and keep stirring.
  6. As needed, add water little by little until the okra is fully cooked.
  7. Once cooked, serve with rice.
