  • Pepperoni1/2 unit(s)
  • Bacon100 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Chili1/4 unit(s)
  • Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Rice2 cup
  1. Cut the meat, pepperoni and bacon into cubes.
  2. Place the meat in a pan heated with a drizzle of oil. When it's almost fried, add the pepperoni and bacon and let it fry for a few minutes.
  3. After the meat, pepperoni and bacon fry, remove half of the pan and set aside. Add the garlic, then the onion and bell pepper and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add the rice and sauté for a few more minutes and add 4 cups of boiling water, leave the pan open.
  5. When the water dries up, add another cup of water, cover the pan, lower the heat for another 10 minutes. Finish with green smell, if you want.
