- Dry meat, desalted, cooked and shredded200 g
- Raw rice, washed and drained (cup of tea)2 cup
- (cup of tea) boiling water4 cup
- Salt and chopped green smell to taste1 to taste
- In a pan, over medium heat, place the olive oil, garlic, onion, bacon, sausage and jerky and let it sauté, stirring occasionally, until golden. Add the rice and let it cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the water, salt and cook over low heat until the water dries up. Remove from heat, stir in green parsley and serve immediately.
