  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Wash and peel the carrots.
  2. Chop into small cubes.
  3. Place the pan over medium to high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil, salt to taste and black pepper. Mix it up a bit.
  4. Leave the pan covered for the carrot to caramelize and let some parts “burn”. It will be golden brown.
  5. Halfway through browning, add 2 cloves of garlic to the pan. Leave covered. This process should take approximately 10min.
  6. Transfer to a blender, add water little by little and beat.
  7. Taste to see if the salt is good.
  8. Return to the pan and finish with the butter.
