- To start, cut the potatoes into medium pieces and cook the peeled potato with just water, let it cook until al dente.
- Then in another pan put the sugar on the fire and let it caramelize.
- After the caramelized sugar, add the water and place the already cooked potatoes.
- Let it cook until the syrup takes on a consistency and occasionally turn the potatoes.
- When the syrup is almost dry, it is ready, just turn it off and serve next.
