  • cassava flour | 500 g
  • salt |  to taste


  1. In a pan, pour the oil and butter. Turn on the heat and wait for the butter to melt. Add the onions.
  2. Let it cook, stirring occasionally. After about 5 minutes, reduce the heat a little. Keep frying until golden brown.
  3. Lower the heat and add the cassava flour little by little. season with salt Stir for 5 minutes for the flour to toast.
