  • Thin pepperoni sausage480 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Honey3 tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar4 tablespoon
  1. Cut the pepperoni into slices.
  2. Take a skillet to the fire, put the olive oil and the sausages. Let it start to fry.
  3. When the sausages are starting to brown, add the honey and let it caramelize.
  4. Once the honey has caramelized, add the balsamic vinegar. Leave a few more minutes in the fire to incorporate the vinegar.
  5. Remove from heat and serve with Italian bread.
